Owner and CEO

In this role, Eric is responisble for ensuring quality while maintaining determined timelines and budgets, Leading specialists across the mission critical sector to collaborate as a team, indentify creative solutions, streamline processes and follow best construction operations. His ability to adapt while remaining consistent and communicative allows him to navigate the specific needs, goals, requirements and sensitivies that often characterize mission critical facilities. Eric's systematic and logical approach to the construction process helps provide a strong foundation for success.

Throughout his career, Eric has gained experience and familiarity with every part fo the project process, including project estimation, renovation, cost reporting, construction and preconstruction. With more than a decade of executive experience within the real estate industry, he is known as a confident and people-focused leader. Eric's attention -to-detail and big picture thinking helps fuel projects forward, inspiring teams to thoroughly complete steps while maintaining high standards defined by quality and cohesion.

Gary Carvajal
senior project manager

As senior project manager, Gary is involved with every phase of the project, from pre construction through the completion and turnover. He coordinates cost estimating, budget preparation, design development, pre construction and construction activities as well as subcontractor negotiation. By understanding the needs of the customer, Gary is able to identify the team best suited to manage all aspects of the project and will oversee activities to ensure customer goals are achieved and the best value is recognized. Starting from the initial introduction, Garys goal is to provide the support and guidance required to maintain team momentum and exceed the customers expectations.

Brett Johnson
Director of operations

As Director of operations, Brett plays a pivotal role in MPH’s goal of ensuring quality while maintaining determined timelines and budgets. Bretts vast knowledge of construction on a national level has provided MPH with a strategic vision in the selection of projects that align with MPH’s expertise and future goals.

While leading the development and design construction across his region, he also develops key relationships with clients, partners and market players, presenting solutions to their challenges. In Brett’s 25 years of experience including 5 years at MPH he has played and intergral role in understanding market trends and the ability to implement win-win solutions Brett has set himself apart in his work to coordinate complicated projects on a nation level.
